KBC Global approves bonus issue, to reduce debt looks for turning around business
KBC Global's board has approved a bonus share issue of 1:1 and proposed a name change to Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd. The company plans to reduce debt and accelerate expansion. Recently, it received an investment of Rs 99.50 crore to be used for debt repayment.
