Kayne West Reveals Shocking Regret About Mother of His Children

Kanye West made a shocking comment on a recent livestream.

While talking on Digital Nas’ Twitch stream, the rapper and record producer said he should have had children with Paris Hilton instead of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.

“Kim was Paris Hilton’s assistant,” West said as he held his phone in the now-deleted segment, which was reposted by TMZ. “I should’ve had babies with Paris Hilton over Kim Kardashian. Could you imagine if I had kids with Paris Hilton? How many hotels I’d have now. Think about that.”

West compared Kardashian’s past status as an assistant to Hilton to the late Virgil Abloh, who once served as his right-hand man. “I had a baby with a f—ing assistant, bro,” Ye said. He also claimed that an assistant's only power was to take his kids from him.

Kardashian has not publicly commented on her ex's rant. She previously clarified that she was never Hilton’s personal assistant. During a 2023 appearance on The Late Show With James Corden, she said, “I was like her closet organizer. But I guess that’s a closet assistant.” Kardashian explained that her only job was to organize Hilton’s closets, and that The Simple Life star employed a full-time assistant for other duties.

This isn’t the first time West has stated he didn’t want to have kids with Kardashian. He previously told podcaster DJ Akademiks, “I didn’t want to have children with this person after the first two months of being with them, but that wasn’t God’s plan."

West and Kardashian were married from 2014 to 2022 and share kids North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5.

Hilton married Carter Reum in 2021. The socialite and celebrity DJ is mother to a son, Phoenix, 2, and a daughter, London, 1.
