Two kids kidnapped in Washington County; mom sought

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A 26-year-old mother who does not have custody rights kidnapped her two children from an apartment complex in the West Slope neighborhood of Portland, the Washington County Sheriff's Office said late Monday night.

Around 7 p.m., Trayviana Shoulders went to the Vista Hills Arms Aparments and drove off with her children, Zimaya Moore, 3, and 2-year-old Michael Qualls, officials said.

Shoulders was seen in a blue Mazda CX-5 with an Oregon plate of 423PDT, driven by an unidentified man.

The children are considered missing and endangered.

Zimaya was wearing a yellow shirt and pink shorts. Michael was wearing a blue shirt and blue shorts.
