EPF rules: New Labour Code vs old PF law creates payroll & tax confusion for employers

A visible exception in the latest reform story is that the Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act (EPF Act), 1952—India’s principal PF law—is yet to be repealed.
