Man suspected of killing partner and three children in Savonlinna fire
A 22-year-old man is suspected of killing his partner and three young children in a house fire in Louhi, Savonlinna, on Finnish Independence Day.
Police received an emergency call shortly before 8:00 on 6 December about a residential building engulfed in flames. Rescue services found four bodies inside the home. All were in the same room.
The deceased include a woman in her twenties and her three children. The suspected perpetrator is the children’s father.
