Turner & Townsend to acquire pan-African real estate project management firm Profica

Professional services company Turner & Townsend will acquire Johannesburg-headquartered specialist real estate project management and construction solutions consulting firm Profica. This strategic acquisition marks a significant step in Turner & Townsend’s growth on the continent by bringing together two complementary businesses to create a pan-African real estate project management consultancy, the company says.
