However, the movie takes place on Christmas Eve during an office holiday party, features a soundtrack filled with classic Christmas songs like “Winter Wonderland” and “Let It Snow! Let it Snow!”, and explores themes of love, home, and family. And at the end of the night, into the early hours of Christmas morning, the protagonist saves the day.
I don’t know about you, but that sounds pretty holiday-esque to me! Give or take a couple of hundred explosions, guns, and battle scenes, it’s still a great movie to watch this time of year.
