Tepco pledges safety ahead of restart of world's biggest nuclear power plant
The company plans to restart the first unit of its Kashiwazaki-Kariwa nuclear power plant in Niigata Prefecture on Jan. 20, Tepco President Tomiaki Kobayakawa says.
