“Well hey there Grand Ole Opry family,” Dolly said at the start of the clip, before thanking everyone for honoring her milestone birthday with a night of her music.
Reflecting on her connection to the Nashville venue, she continued, “Some of my favorite memories happened right here on stage at the Grand Ole Opry,” while noting she wished she could be there in person.
Dolly closed the message by sending her love and encouraging fans to have a great night.
While Dolly herself won’t be there, several country stars are coming out to perform, such as Lainey Wilson, Vince Gill, and Rhonda Vincent.
The Grammy winner has scaled back appearances in recent months. In September 2025, she announced that her Las Vegas residency would be postponed after learning she needed to undergo multiple medical procedures.
In October, she shared a video to address some of the concerns about her health. Then, a couple of months later, her goddaughter Miley Cyrus shared an encouraging update about the “9 to 5″ singer.
