Rose Byrne Gives Update on New Bearded Dragon After Husband Bobby Cannavale Missed Golden Globes

Rose Byrne is sharing an update on the bearded dragon that was just added to her family!

The 46-year-old actress opened up about the new addition while appearing at the 2026 National Board of Review Awards Gala on Tuesday (January 13) at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City.

Rose was honored with the Best Actress award for her performance in If I Had Legs I’d Kick You.

While accepting her award at the Golden Globes over the weekend, Rose revealed that her husband Bobby Cannavale missed the show as he was attending a reptile expo in New Jersey to get a bearded dragon for their kids.

At the NBR event, Rose told Variety, “Listen, I’ve learned a firm lesson. I’ve been getting a lot of unsolicited advice and questions since I announced something at a major awards show. So I’ll just say everything is going well and it’s all fine.”
