If You Hate Protein Powder, These Premixed Shakes Are Worth A Try

Oh, and FYI – prices are accurate and items in stock as of time of publication.

As someone who follows a lot of fitness accounts, I have to admit that protein fatigue kicked in for me years ago. No, I thought, I will probably not add a huge scoop of whey to my morning yoghurt – it seems like a lot of faff for something that doesn’t taste that great.

Of course, protein really is key to our health, regardless of whether we’re interested in havnig an eight-pack.

The nutrient helps us to build and repair muscle, keeps us fuller for longer, and is actually most under-consumed among older people

So I was very glad to hear about UFIT, the premixed, low-sugar protein shakes which contain either 25g or 50g of protein each.

After all, they’re not only concerned about those live-streaming their Ironman; the company wants to bring “protein to the masses – whether you’re male, female, young or not so young!”

Their flavours, which include Strawberry, White Chocolate, Chocolate, Banana, Vanilla, and Salted Caramel, have earned them some loyal fans who say they love their taste.

And because these milkshakes come premixed, UFIT took the opportunity to add some other helpful features too: they’re low sugar, great for your gut, and contain helpful vitamins and minerals like Vitamin E and Vitamin D2

There’s also a fat-free version of their iconic flavours, which is perfect for vegetarians.

They won’t require that awkward over-the-sink scoop, which, to be honest, put me off protein powder for a long time; these can be drunk on the go, grabbed straight from the fridge.

BRB, just heading to their checkout...
