Ariana Madix & Tom Sandoval Finally Settle Legal Battle Over Their Shared Home

Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval are finally putting their legal battle behind them, about three years later.

The 40-year-old and 42-year-old Vanderpump Rules stars just settled their legal dispute over their shared home.

On Tuesday (January 13), the former couple reached an agreement as Ariana filed a notice of settlement in LA Superior Court, via Us Weekly.

The settlement is described as “conditional,” requiring “satisfactory completion of specified terms” within 30 days of the date of the settlement.

They are set to meet on February 5 for a final time.

If Tom doesn’t meet the terms, then they’ll be heading to trial on February 17, Page Six notes.

Back in January of 2024, Ariana sued Tom and requested a “partition by sale,” meaning she wanted a judge to order the couple to sell the house and share the proceeds. He rejected it via legal documents.

Ariana and Tom purchased the property in 2019 for $2 million.

The two dated for nine years before their split in March 2023 after he cheated on her with co-star Raquel Leviss.
