Firm behind chatbot Grok reaches out to DICT amid possible PH ban

MANILA, Philippines — The owner and developer of the artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot Grok has formally reached out to the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), proposing corrective measures amid government concerns over the tool’s misuse. This came after Information and Communications Technology Secretary Henry Rhoel Aguda said at a Palace briefing on Thursday
