Shreveport bail agency fined $25K for unfair practices
The Louisiana Department of Insurance issued a notice of license revocation and $25,000 fine to Victor Llanito and his Shreveport agency, SBC Bail Bonds LLC, after finding that they violated Louisiana's unfair trade practice laws and committed false imprisonment.
