Tottenham are struggling for goals, but one starlet just scored a brace on loan debut
A Tottenham academy winger has made a dream start to his first loan spell away from Hotspur Way with a brace on his debut.
Plenty of Tottenham youngsters have been loaned out in January to get competitive game time elsewhere
That is not just restricted to academy youngsters but also to first-team players, with Kota Takai joining Borussia Mönchengladbach on loan without making a single appearance for Tottenham Hotspur.
Academy winger Oliver Irow made a temporary switch to Mansfield Town, and he could not have hoped for a better start to his time at the League One side.

Irow came off the bench at the interval for his Mansfield Town debut in their League One clash against Port Vale, and it did not take long for him to make his mark on the game.
The 19-year-old Spurs starlet gave the home side the lead in 55 minutes, being the first to pounce after a shot was parried by the Port Vale goalkeeper.
Mansfield then doubled their lead through Will Evans four minutes later, before the Tottenham youngster put the game out of reach for the away team with his side’s third and his second of the game.
Irow picked up the ball on the left and cut inside before producing a superbly directed, curled effort into the top corner, which looped past the goalkeeper.

Irow continues his goalscoring exploits
The teenager has been in excellent goalscoring form for Tottenham’s youth sides this term, with seven goals across 17 matches prior to his loan move.
Irow has shown his eye for goal again on his Mansfield debut, and he will be hoping these are the first of many over the next few months.
The winger has certainly made a great case to Mansfield boss Nigel Clough on why he deserves to be in the starting lineup.
