So, how do you vote?

Netflix’s Tudum website has revealed all the info you need to know.

  • You must be using a newer device to stream the show, like a smart TV, a Roku or Apple TV streaming device, or an iOS or Android mobile app. You can not vote on a web browser while watching on a computer.
  • When it’s time to vote, the voting prompt will appear on your screen, asking you to rate a performance with 1 to 5 stars. On TV, use your remote to select 1–5 stars for each performance; On the Netflix mobile app, tap the number of stars you want to give. You can submit one rating per Netflix profile per performance, and once submitted, your vote is final.
  • There will be multiple opportunities to vote in each episode and results for each voting round will be revealed during the live episode!

“One of the nods [to the original] is that we’re still on a star system. The judges have stars and then when you watch on your television and it’s time to vote, stars will appear on your screen. You take your remote, click, click, click. You make your decision. You will see that your vote really counts,” executive producer Jesse Collins told GoldDerby.
