no natural leader

I know I posted this on Twitter, but heck, this place is more sane. Do you think we are missing a natural leader on and off the pitch? I like CD and CK, but they dont seem like natural leaders. When Stoke scored, their heads dropped naturally, but there was no one on the pitch or the sideline to motivate the players. Yes, the club's new transfer ploy is to buy young for a sell-on profit; however, we could do with an old head to be that leader on the pitch. Maybe we are missing JR in the defence, as he is the type of old head we need.
