A GoFundMe was set up and explained his situation: “Quinton is currently hospitalized and on life support due to a severe blood infection. This has been sudden, frightening, and overwhelming for his loved ones. As he fights for his life, his family is facing an immense emotional and financial burden — medical expenses, living costs, and the uncertainty of how long this road to recovery may be.”

His manager explained to TMZ, “Quinton was walking up the stairs in his apartment last week when his legs suddenly stopped functioning, causing him to collapse. He was rushed to the hospital.” At this time, they apparently do not know why he fell. While the GoFundMe states he’s on life support, his manager did tell TMZ he’s “stable, communicating with his family and team, and receiving precisely the care needed at this time.”

We’re wishing Quinton all the best and hoping he makes a quick recovery!

By the way, in a court case filed in 2023, the real life Michael Oher alleged that Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy never actually adopted him, instead tricking him into giving up his authority to make business deals by making them his conservators at age 18. Quinton spoke out about this, and defended Sandra against calls to revoke her Oscar.
