Does the Patriots’ Win Guarantee Bad Bunny’s Halftime Show Will Feature this Artist?
As Patriots Nation continues to celebrate their wintry conference win and ticket into Super Bowl LX, football analysts and fans are already speculating whether or not the New England team has what it takes to finally step out of the shadows of former coach Bill Belichick and the GOAT of all quarterbacks, Tom Brady, and win a Super Bowl championship. Current coach and quarterback of the Patriots, Mike Vrabel and Drake Maye, have their work cut out for them.
With that being said, anticipation for the big game isn’t just surrounding the Patriots and the Seahawks. Bad Bunny is drumming up a lot of attention regarding his upcoming 2026 Super Bowl Halftime Show. The megastar has shared relatively nothing about his performance, including who may join him on stage, and it’s leaving countless people to make their guesses about what surprises lie in store. However, after the Patriots earned their spot in this year’s Super Bowl, I’m more convinced than ever that Bad Bunny will be joined on stage by a certain rapper.
Will Cardi B perform with Bad Bunny at the 2026 Super Bowl Halftime Show?

As of publication, Bad Bunny hasn’t confirmed who may be joining him on stage, but I’ve maintained that Cardi B will be his special guest for months. For starters, one of the biggest hits of his career has been with Cardi B. Music lovers will recall "I Like It" from the rapper’s Invasion of Privacy album. It climbed to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart and was nominated for Record of the Year at the Grammys.
There’s also the fact that Cardi B is about to embark on her first headlining tour, the Little Miss Drama Tour. It kicks off on February 11, just a few days after the Super Bowl, and what better way for her to drum up even more buzz for her tour than performing during the most-watched television program in the United States.
And now that the Patriots will be playing in the Big Game, Cardi has even more reason to perform at the Halftime Show. As millions of people know, Cardi recently welcomed a child with her Patriots’ star boyfriend, wide receiver Stefon Diggs. She’s become somewhat of a superfan of the team since dating Diggs, and understandably so. Since she likely would be at the game to support her beau, she might as well join Bad Bunny on stage, right?
J. Balvin not joining Bad Bunny on Stage for the 2026 Super Bowl Halftime Show
One person not expected to join Bad Bunny on Stage is frequent collaborator, J. Balvin. When TMZ caught up with Balvin, he made it perfectly clear that while he supports Bad Bunny, he won’t be joining the "DtMF" singer in his performance.
As a reminder, Super Bowl LX takes place on Sunday, February 8, at 6:30 pm ET. The Halftime Show is expected to kick off between 8 and 8:30 pm ET.
