Bangladesh court sentences Sheikh Hasina to 10 years in jail in corruption cases
A Dhaka court has sentenced former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to a decade behind bars. The convictions stem from two corruption cases involving alleged irregularities in government housing project land allocations. Hasina, who fled to India last year, was declared a fugitive.
