Pontypridd RFC Unveil Commemorative Crest for 150th Season

Pontypridd RFC is proud to unveil a special commemorative crest to mark the club’s historic 150th season.

The crest has been designed to honour a century and a half of rugby in the town, celebrating the players, supporters, volunteers and communities who have shaped Pontypridd RFC since its foundation. While retaining the club’s traditional identity, the commemorative design reflects both the heritage of Ponty and its continued ambition for the future.

The crest will feature throughout the 2026-27 season across club branding, merchandise and key celebrations, forming a central part of the wider programme of events planned to recognise this landmark milestone.

As the club reflects on its proud history, the 150th anniversary also provides an opportunity to look forward, reinforcing the values, passion and sense of belonging that define Pontypridd RFC.
