CIC upholds denial of records on Himalayan ecosystem mission, DST cites strategic sensitivity

Under the provisions of the RTI Act, details pertaining to the National Mission for Sustaining the Himalayan Ecosystem are considered confidential. The Central Information Commission has supported the Department of Science and Technology’s stance on this matter.
