However, is Berlingeri his girlfriend today? Or is she his wife? There's a big clue that the pair might have rekindled their romance, despite a year he spent dating supermodel Kendall Jenner. A mysterious ring on Bad Bunny's finger has caused a fan frenzy over whether he might have "secretly married," in the words of Daily Mail. It appears that Berlingeri was at the Grammy Awards this year as Bad Bunny celebrated a big win. There's photographic evidence of that. There's no evidence she's his wife, though.

El Manana, a Spanish-language site, also reported that fans are wondering whether the ring could indicate an engagement.

There is strong evidence that Berlinger was with Bad Bunny's entourage at the Grammy Awards, though.

According to Hola!, a photo posted by Berlingeri indicated that she might have been present behind the scenes on February 1 at the 2026 Grammy Awards, where Bad Bunny won the Album of the Year for “Debí Tirar Más Fotos,” along with Best Urban Music Album.

The photo showed Berlingeri with a "Premium access wristband" as she "stood among members of the artist’s inner circle." Additional videos shared by Bad Bunny's friends showed Berlingeri "alongside people deeply connected to his world," the site reported, using Bad Bunny's real name. According to Hola!, Berlingeri shared a post in her Instagram story touting Bad Bunny's Grammy win. Photos appeared to capture her in the crowd at the ceremony.

Berlingeri has more than 2 million followers on her Instagram page, which she fills with bikini and other photos, but there is no sign of Bad Bunny currently on her page. Four days before the Super Bowl, she posted a series of photos showing her on a beach. Thus, it's possible that they are just good friends.

However, by 2023, Bad Bunny was publicly taking supermodel Kendall Jenner to events and basketball games. According to People, they were dating, although the relationship had ended for good by September 2024.

Before Berlingeri and Jenner, Bad Bunny dated Carliz de la Cruz Hernandez, "who's currently an attorney in San Juan," Daily Mail reported.
