What Did Bad Bunny's Football Say at the End of the Super Bowl Halftime Show?
Bad Bunny just stepped offstage after delivering his incredible Super Bowl halftime show performance on Sunday (February 8), and he’s leaving with a powerful message.
The 31-year-old Puerto Rican superstar delivered a medley of hits and songs off of his latest studio album DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS World Tour, and at the end of the performance, he held up a football with a message.
But not everyone was quick enough to catch what the football said. What did Bad Bunny‘s football say?
Keep reading to find out more…
“TOGETHER, WE ARE AMERICA” the football reads.
Bad Bunny said “God Bless America” and then named every country in North, South and Latin America, including the United States and Canada, in the final moments.
A massive billboard behind him read: “The only thing more powerful than hate is love.”
The message is especially poignant, as Bad Bunny‘s performance was criticized and received plenty of backlash leading up to the event, as people complained that he would be performing his songs entirely in Spanish and questioned his immigration status. (He is a U.S. citizen.)
The performance also comes amid nationwide calls for “ICE OUT,” including from the artist himself at the Grammys, amid several fatal shootings at the hands of ICE officers.
Organizers have been boycotting and protesting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity in their communities and calling for defunding of the program amid the ICE-related deaths of at least eight people in 2026 alone.
