DMK MP Tiruchi Siva moves privilege notice against Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal

Mr. Siva contends that Mr. Goyal held a press conference on the Indo-US trade deal before briefing the Parliament. When the Parliament is in session, all executive decisions have to be shared with Parliament before going to press.
