Zach Bryan’s Deleted Super Bowl Instagram Post Has Fans Talking

Zach Bryan has some choice words for a fellow Super Bowl weekend performer, with the star calling out Kid Rock and his alternate halftime show, meant to rival Bad Bunny's headliner NFL performance at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

In a now-deleted Instagram story (obtained via Country Chord), the musician wrote about how he found the Turning Point USA All-American Halftime Show to be distasteful — something he claims has nothing to do with its politics.

“I don’t care what side you’re on, a bunch of adults throwing temper tantrums and their own halftime show is embarrassing as hell and the most cringe s**t on the planet,” he wrote on the photo-sharing app.

The musician was allegedly responding to a DM from a former fan, which read “Boy you turned into a Hollywood sell out b**** quick. You were my favorite artist. Now you are nothing but another dumb**s out of touch elitist.”

In another Instagram post, Bryan shared a meme of a person trying to cover up Bad Bunny's performance being broadcast on their television screen. The caption of the post was "What Kid Rock actually thinks is happening across America.”

Elsewhere on social media, Zach's fans were polarized in their response to his comments. One post from @harrysdigicam on X (formerly Twitter) shared a screenshot with a crying laughing emoji, to the tune of almost 30,000 likes.

Others, however, weren't so impressed by his comments. In response to Country Chord sharing the info, @claudesawyerphotography on Instagram commented, "Says the guy who had a temper tantrum and climbed a barbed wire fence to try to fight another artist," referring to a heated altercation last year with fellow artist Gavin Adcock at a country music festival.

Some didn't believe his comments were apolitical. On X, @tomkennedy76er responded, "Did you say this about the Lingerie Bowl? How about the Puppy Bowl? What's the difference?"

In contrast, @oegxi posted "LMFAOOOO Zach Bryan will always be my [goat emoji] Turning point coulda at least used ACTUAL good country artists if they wanted to get their point across."
