Tottenham and Chelsea ‘keeping close eye’ on striker who once cost £66.6m

Tottenham Hotspur are battling Chelsea for a highly sought-after centre-forward, who looks destined to make a move in the summer.

Spurs look set to make some big changes to their forward line in the summer after struggling for goals this season.

It has been reported that Richarlison could be sold by Tottenham, while a number of sources have suggested that the Lilywhites are unlikely to sign Randal Kolo Muani permanently from PSG.

It was reported right until the final weeks of the January window that Tottenham were keeping themselves informed of Dusan Vlahovic’s situation, and there has now been a new update on the Juventus star’s future.

Tottenham battling London rivals for Dusan Vlahovic

Vlahovic’s current deal in Turin runs out in the summer, and Foot Mercato now reports that the striker’s future ‘already seems sealed’.

The report claims that the Serbian and the Bianconeri seem destined to go their separate ways at the end of the season, with no talks currently being held over extending his contract.

Interestingly, it is revealed that a move to England ‘continues to entice’ Vlahovic as he assesses his next move.

The report adds that Tottenham Hotspur and their London rivals Chelsea are ‘keeping a close eye’ on the 26-year-old’s situation ahead of the summer.

Vlahovic is also attracting interest from across Europe

Foot Mercato says that the Juve star’s entourage have already started sounding out various clubs about a summer move, and there is no shortage of interest in his services.

AC Milan are continuing to track Vlahovic while AS Roma and Inter Milan are also tempted by the possibility of landing the striker on a free transfer.

Additionally, Barcelona and Atlético Madrid previously showed interest in the player, while Borussia Dortmund also enquired about the former Fiorentina man in the past.
