England, Costa Rica to meet in June friendly
SAN JOSE, Feb. 11 (Xinhua) -- England will face Costa Rica in a June friendly as part of its preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the Costa Rican football federation said on Wednesday.
The match will be played on June 10 at a venue to be confirmed in Florida, the United States, the federation said in a statement.
"England arrives after a dominant UEFA World Cup qualifying campaign, in which it secure
