Safety-related modernization work on the Chennai–Howrah mainline between Ganjam and Jhadupudi will cause train speed regulations and affect several services. The Bhubaneswar–Bengaluru Prasanthi Express will be rescheduled by two hours on specific dates, while some local passenger trains will face partial cancellation or short termination/origination.
