Ayatollah Sadeq Amoli Larijani, head of Iran’s Expediency Discernment Council, said the massive public turnout at nationwide rallies marking the 47th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution amounted to a “teeth-breaking response” to repeated threats by US officials.
