"The idea of bringing Jim Monro and Mateo Verdier together for a project had always been a pipe dream. Two perfectly matched styles. And when it comes to finding original lines and features, they both have the drive of an Indy car to get on the tools and make it happen. So 14 months ago, we shared a beer at Red Rock and scrawled down on a notepad all of the spots around town that had been on our minds - then set about ticking them off.
