RIO DE JANEIRO, Feb. 19 (Xinhua) -- Unseeded Ignacio Buse of Peru reached the Rio Open quarterfinals on Thursday with a 5-7, 6-3, 6-4 win over third seed and local favorite Joao Fonseca.
