MANILA, Philippines–Kylor Kelley saw no reason to pass up the chance to cross the Pacific and reinforce Converge in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup. The 7-foot center became the latest towering import in the midseason conference after cutting short his stint with the South Bay Lakers of the NBA G-League to join a FiberXers squad bolstered
