Odisha's second phase of tiger translocation to Debrigarh Wildlife Sanctuary faces a hurdle as Karnataka delays providing essential kumki elephants. While Madhya Pradesh is ready with tigers, the absence of these elephants, crucial for conflict mitigation and monitoring, is holding up the process. Preparations within Debrigarh are nearing completion.
