Claude down: Second outage in 24 hours, affects users worldwide

Anthropic’s Claude experienced its second outage in less than 24 hours. Over 4,000 US users and around 300 in India reported problems, mostly with Claude chat. The app and website were also affected. The company is investigating the issue.
