Spring market in rural Paphos

Paphos will get to indulge in arts and crafts this weekend as the Spring Makers Market is on at the Metochi of Polemi (Polemi Cultural Centre). The Centre, The Willow Kitchen & Bar and The Makers Space organise a one-day market this Sunday, running from 10am to 4pm.

Inspired by the success of its inaugural Christmas Market, the event returns with a spring mood. “As the season turns and the hills begin to bloom,” say organisers, “so too does our growing creative community. Rooted in authenticity and craftsmanship, our market remains dedicated to celebrating strictly handmade art, craft, food and produce — work shaped by skilled hands, thoughtful processes and passionate hearts.”

Taking part in this Sunday’s market, more than 20 makers will gather in the stone walls of the Metochi venue to present their handmade creations. You can expect anything from crafted objects to carefully prepared seasonal creations.
