Israel-Iran war: A watchdog group has claimed US commanders framed the Iran war as part of “God’s divine plan,” with one alleging troops were told Trump was “anointed by Jesus” to trigger Armageddon. The Military Religious Freedom Foundation claims it has received over 200 complaints. The complaint states that the commander told the officers that President Donald Trump had been “anointed by Jesus to light the signal fire in Iran to cause Armageddon and mark his return to Earth.”
