Andhra Pradesh considers Rs 25,000 incentive for second child: CM Naidu

In an innovative effort to boost population growth, Andhra Pradesh is set to roll out a Rs 25,000 financial incentive for parents welcoming a second child or more. With the goal of elevating the Total Fertility Rate to the ideal 2.1, the state is gearing up to unveil a comprehensive population management policy by March, with implementation starting in April.
