Excise policy case: Delhi HC seeks Kejriwal, Sisodia response on ED plea to expunge remarks
The Delhi High Court has asked Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, and 21 others to respond to the Enforcement Directorate's plea to expunge "unwarranted" remarks made by the trial court against the agency. The ED argued the trial judge "had no business" making adverse statements in a case the ED was not a party to, potentially prejudicing their investigation.
