Nazara Tech shares jump 4% as Morgan Stanley acquires stake worth Rs 69 crore via block deal

Nazara Technologies shares surged 4% after Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte acquired shares worth Rs 69.2 crore in a block deal. The gaming company, India's only listed one, reported strong Q3FY26 operational performance with revenue of Rs 406 crore and EBITDA rising 29% year-on-year.
