1400 Kg Adulterated Paneer Seized in Dhanbad Bus Raid
Food safety officials in Dhanbad seized 1,400 kg of adulterated paneer and six cans of ghee, valued at Rs 3 lakh, that arrived from Bihar. The consignment was intended for local restaurants. Preliminary tests indicated the paneer was adulterated with starch, and samples have been sent for further analysis.
