Patrick J. Adams Retells the Wild Story of Wife Troian Bellisario Giving Birth in Their Car's Front Seat

Patrick J. Adams is sharing the story of how his wife, Pretty Little Liars actress Troian Bellisario, gave birth in the front seat of their car.

The couple’s second child, daughter Elliot, was born in May 2021 and they told the crazy birth story during a podcast appearance soon after.

Five years later, Patrick is opening up about the birth for an interview on The Drew Barrymore Show. He’s currently doing press to promote his Paramount+ series The Madison.

“She was born in the front seat of a BMW in the parking lot of the hospital,” Patrick said. “So we got to the hospital, we didn’t get into the hospital, and yeah, within 5 minutes we, we got, we got into the parking lot and she was like, ‘this is happening.’”

“I was like, ‘no, no, no, we gotta, we gotta go in,’ and she said, ‘pull my pants down,’ like we’re not doing that, and I did and I suddenly had a baby in my hand,” Patrick said.
