Powerful storm system slams Midwest as East Coast braces for impact

Parts of the Midwest have been dumped with more than two feet of snow as blizzard warnings are declared in seven states. And in Texas a powerful dust storm caused dangerous conditions for drivers. Meanwhile, in Hawaii heavy rainfall triggered flash flooding. NBC News’ Angie Lassman reports.
