Iraqi government, Kurdish authorities reach deal to resume oil exports to Turkey's Ceyhan port

Iraq and the Kurdistan Regional Government have reached an agreement to restart oil exports to Turkey's Ceyhan energy hub. Oil flow is expected to begin on Wednesday. A joint committee will be formed to oversee the process. Revenue will be returned to the federal treasury. Security measures will be implemented to protect oilfields and ensure continuous operations.
