Despite their latest defeat at the hands of Nottingham Forest, it is still all to play for in the fight to avoid the drop for Tottenham Hotspur, and the next few months will be crucial in their bid to stay up. We have now compared Spurs’ fixtures with those of their relegation rivals.
The margin for error in the Premier League’s battle for survival is very slim, given how tight it is at the bottom of the table.
Leeds United, in 15th, down to West Ham United in 18th, are currently embroiled in the relegation scrap with seven games to go.
As it stands, four points is the difference between Leeds and West Ham, leaving it all to play for in the battle to beat the drop.
Spurs currently find themselves outside the relegation zone, but only just, with one point separating them in 17th from West Ham in 18th.
