Through her attorney, the woman plead not guilty in Los Angeles Superior Court, after being alleged of firing about 20 bullets from an AR-15 style rifle into the exterior wall of Rihanna‘s Beverly Hills home earlier this month.

She was charged with ten counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm and three counts of of shooting at an occupied vehicle or dwelling. If convicted on all charges, she could face life in prison.

Ivanna‘s lawyer entered the plea in court on her behalf, as she appeared behind glass in a custody area. The only time she spoke was to “agree to waive her right to a speedy preliminary hearing,” with the next phase of the case being where evidence is presented to determine if a trial will be warranted.

The lawyer also asked that her bail be reduced from $1.9 million to $70k based on her ability to pay, but it was denied by the judge.
