Iran Foreign Minister says U.S. talking of negotiations now ‘an admission of defeat’

Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi has said that there are no direct talks underway with the United States, clarifying that exchanges through mediators “are not negotiations or dialogue.”
