Clashes during Ram Navami procession in Murshidabad
Violence erupted in Jangipur, Murshidabad, West Bengal, during a Rama Navami procession. Police used lathi charge to control clashes between groups. Central security forces are now deployed in the area. Meanwhile, in Ranaghat, Nadia, an FIR was filed after a primary school teacher on poll duty was assaulted.
