45kg of ganja seized in city, 2 persons arrested

Excise sleuths in Bhubaneswar seized 45 kg of ganja and nine handmade bombs, arresting two individuals, including a man previously wanted in a major NDPS case. The accused, who had previously evaded capture by ramming vehicles and hitting officers, have been remanded to judicial custody.
