Three-bedroom house in Pleasanton sells for $1.7 million

A single-family house located in the 5600 block of Highcrest Court in Pleasanton has a new owner since Dec. 22, 2025. The 2,056-square-foot home, built in 1997, was sold for $1,745,000, or $849 per square foot. This two-story house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Additionally, the house has access to a parking space for two cars. The lot of the property covers an area of 7,011 square feet.
